Job Title: Consulting Prosthetist and Orthotist
Job Summary:Pro-Ortho is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consulting Prosthetist and Orthotist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert consulting services to patients, healthcare professionals, and organizations on prosthetic and orthotic care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consulting services on prosthetic and orthotic care to patients, healthcare professionals, and organizations.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans for prosthetic and orthotic care.
- Design, fabricate, and fit prosthetic and orthotic devices.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Provide education and training to patients, healthcare professionals, and organizations on prosthetic and orthotic care.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in prosthetic and orthotic technology and techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics or related field.
- Certification as a Certified Prosthetist (CP) or Certified Orthotist (CO) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in prosthetics and orthotics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a consulting role.
- Experience working with patients with complex prosthetic and orthotic needs.
- Knowledge of prosthetic and orthotic technology and techniques.
